Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while also ensuring we can fairly manage studio time, crew availability, and preparation costs.
Rescheduling or Full Refund (8+ days notice)
Clients may reschedule their booking or receive a full refund if the cancellation or reschedule request is made at least 8 days prior to the scheduled booking date.
Partial Refund (7 days or less)
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled booking date are eligible for a 70% refund. The remaining 30% covers non-recoverable preparation and scheduling costs.
No Refund (within 48 hours)
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking date are non-refundable, as resources and crew will already have been committed.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Exceptional circumstances
In exceptional cases (such as serious illness or unforeseen emergencies), we may consider alternatives at our discretion.
